Jazzy James, New Orleans Jazz Quartet
Consisting of clarinet, guitar, double bass and trombone, the four-piece band takes you into the distinctive and cozy atmosphere of New Orleans jazz.

The name "Jazzy James" is not only a play on words, but also a homage to the roots of jazz. While Jesse James, the legendary figure of the Wild West, was known for his wildness and lawlessness, Jazzy James, in contrast, represents the harmony and creativity of jazz that touches the soul and enlightens the spirit. The 'Jam' in the band name also stands for spontaneous interaction and improvisation, which makes this music so unique.

So look forward to a musical adventure, because Kniri Knaus is not just a renowned trombonist on board. Many people also know him from the times of Pfuri, Gorps and Kniri, where he made music with waste and everyday objects. So it can happen that a garbage bag sets the rhythm or a solo can be heard on the garden hose.
