2024 - What a Ride
It’s been a year since the last blog update, and so much has happened! Let’s pick up where we left off, at the beginning of 2024.
The first quarter of the year was filled with concerts and workshops across Switzerland, Germany, and even as far as Denmark, where I had the pleasure of performing solo at the Copenhagen Vinterjazz festival.

June marked the release of my new solo album, Troubadour’s Escapade, a fingerstyle record featuring eight of my own compositions
This album was a major undertaking, and I’m immensely proud of it. I had the great pleasure of collaborating closely with Darren Hayne, who added an incredible touch of quality to the recordings.
Later that month, I teamed up with the wonderful Rhapsodist to create the official music video for the title track. Of course, the album is available on all streaming platforms, but YouTube remains one of the most fair-trade ways to listen online.

Along side managing the album release, some great developments took place within my digital space, the first of which was reaching the great milestone of 2000 subscribers on YouTube!
The second milestone was relocating my video studio—from what was essentially my kitchen—to a dedicated, permanent space. With plenty of elbow grease and the expertise of the brilliant video mind, Rhapsodist, we built a stunning new studio. Check out the results below!
There was a big update and diversification to my Patreon, making it more accessible than ever.
Lastly was the arrival of brand new merch!
As summer drew to a close, I hit the road for a tour through Holland with the incredible Ronald Kamphuis and Melvin Koenings. This two-week journey was filled with unforgettable musical moments, and I did my best to capture as much as possible in the vlog below.
After the tour, I returned back to Basel where I could perform several concerts with the wonderful ‘Sons Of Gumbo’, conduct a workshop at the School Of Rock and perform some beautiful solo concerts.

Finally, I ended year with focusing on creating more videos for my Youtube channel and Patreon, here are just a few, make sure you head over to my channel to see the rest.
And that concludes the brief summery of the year, it was a beautiful, intense, and deeply enriching journey. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended a concert, watched a video, or supported me along the way. Lets see what 2025 brings.
For now, over and out.
